A card on file is required to secure appointments and cover missed appointment fees, which are not covered byinsurance.
As a courtesy, you will receive an email notification before any charges are processed. Only confirmedbalances after insurance are charged.
The deposit allows patients to opt out of automatic payments while still ensuring accurate billing after insurance processing.
Your deposit is applied to your balance after insurance processes. If your balance is $0, the remaining amountis refunded.
If your insurance covers the full visit, your deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment.
VA may cover your visit, but missed appointment fees are not covered. A card on file may still be required tosecure appointments.
